Richard has 22 years’ of strong rotating and reliability engineering background in Refinery, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical industry with proven expertise in rotating machinery, static equipment, chilling, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. Richard is a RCA expert on solving chronic problems by addressing the root cause. He has facilitated RCA for gas lifting compressor K 4104 to find the root cause of the heat treatment problem thus saving $2 million/year.
